I like healthcare, and gay people, and brown people. And women, especially the strong ones and the vulnerable ones. And I like poor people and unborn babies and access to birth control to prevent unwanted pregnancies and pregnancy support when women do have babies.

Why don’t you?

I want to be calm. I don’t want to overreact to this. Winter, especially nuclear winter, is not coming (I hope).

We have to learn from this – both parties, all Americans. We have to elect our best versions of ourselves. We have to listen, really listen, especially when we disagree, whether people are shouting or whispering or showing rather than telling, and figure out how exactly our candidates at all levels will serve us.
